Create an order and view order status

In order to process and/or complete your order, you must register yourself as a client to Lingerieserenite.com. First, on the upper most menu, at right, click on the “login” button. You will arrive to a page with an option «New Customer» Choose it and click «Register». A form will appear. Fill out this form and submit. Your account is now created, and you will have access to all functionalities that Signing In permits. You are now ready to enter and process orders and view your order status and shipping informations once you place orders there.

We ship online orders anywhere in Canada, United States and anywhere Canada Post allows it (in over 50 countries). The delivery service is currently provided by Canada Post. No deliveries will be made to a post office box. If you are rarely at home during delivery hours, you can have your package delivered to your office or at a friend.

The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signing of a received receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible to track, and recuperate the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.

Delivery times

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

The shipping will be made as soon as possible after the acceptance of your order (normally within 2 business days). The delays vary according to the destination of the shipping and product availability. The delays are estimated from the moment that the products leave Lingerie Sérénité warehouse and facilities.

Lingerie Sérénité relinquishes all property rights to the buyer at which time the products are handed to the shipping company. 

Delivery rates and shipping options

All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. A surcharge may be applied for remote areas. You will be advised at the moment of shipment. The delivery prices are calculated automatically based on weight and destination.
