Lingerie Sérénité values the quality of its products and wants to fully satisfy its clients, which means that it may be necessary at times to exchange or reimburse an item. Should this happen, please read the following carefully.
Lingerie Sérénité will gladly exchange or reimburse, upon presentation of the original invoice, intact clothing items that have neither been worn nor washed, price stickers still attached, and returned in each item’s original packaging, this within 30 days of the purchase and at the following conditions:
- For reasons of hygiene, underwear and bathing suits must not have been worn and must be in the same condition as when purchased;
- All promotion and/or liquidation items will be exchanged (not reimbursed) only within 21 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice;
- We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise return or reimbursement in the absence of the original invoice and/or if found to be in a non-acceptable condition;
- When asking for an exchange, please indicate on the original invoice the size you require;
- The availability of items may vary. It may happen that the item you had originally ordered is not available. In such a case, we will get in touch with you.
The postmarked date appearing on a return package must be no later than 30 days past the date shown on the original invoice.

Delivery costs: The costs and risks pertaining to returned goods are assumed by the client. Please make sure that the carrier covers risks and damages and that the parcel (if sent by post) bears sufficient postage. When Lingerie Sérénité sends an exchanged item to you, this is done at its own cost.
Mistakes or damaged items: If we have not sent you the product requested, or if it is defective or damaged, please call us and we will tell you how to proceed so that the item can be returned to us at our cost.
Return turnaround time: Exchange: A delay of two working days following reception of an item is needed to make an exchange. Reimbursement: A delay of five working days following reception of an item is needed to make the reimbursement. It will be made through the same payment mode as for the purchase. Please note that when an item is reimbursed the transportation costs are not reimbursable.

Conditions for retailers
In order to control the quality of items offered to our clientele, each product is carefully inspected before delivery. However, should you detect any type of imperfection, please return such items within 30 days of the date indicated on the original invoice and we will gladly exchange the items in question. Only returns of imperfect merchandise will be accepted, unless otherwise agreed to between the retailer and Lingerie Sérénité.

Please note that Lingerie Sérénité does not affirm that products offered on the Web site are necessarily available. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, you will be advised by e-mail or telephone. You will then be asked to confirm or cancel the order.
Confirmation: The price originally paid will be honoured and the product delivered as soon as available.
Cancellation: Your payment will be reimbursed via your credit card.
We do not assume any responsability in the event of damages consequent to an item being out-of-stock, thus unavailable.
